Copeley Hill

Copeley Hill is situated directly next to an off-ramp for the M6, and spaghetti junction. A challenging site, on which our client wanted to gain planning permission for a housing development.

A pre-planning process indicated that individual houses and a small provision of apartments would be most favourable to the planning authority, though a significant level change over the site and the noise and pollution concerns posed some design challenges.

Our scheme provided 37 properties comprising of 17 houses and 20 apartments. House range from 2-4 bedrooms whilst apartments consist of 1 and 2 bedroom properties.
